The working principle of aluminum foil cover is mainly to generate high temperature through electromagnetic induction, so that the aluminum foil is fused to the bottle mouth, thereby achieving the sealing effect. The specific process is as follows:
Generate high-frequency electromagnetic field: The electronic circuit inside the sealing machine generates high-frequency electromagnetic field, usually with a frequency of tens of kilohertz to hundreds of kilohertz.
Induction heating: When the aluminum foil gasket of the container is in a high-frequency electromagnetic field, the induced current in the aluminum foil quickly heats up the aluminum foil. In a very short time, the temperature of the aluminum foil rises enough to melt the heat-sealing material at the bottle mouth.
Sealing molding: After the heat-sealing material is melted, it fits tightly with the bottle mouth under pressure, and forms a firm seal after cooling.
