The types of aluminum foil covers mainly include the following:
PP cover: PP is polypropylene, with a melting point of 160-175℃ and a decomposition temperature of 350℃. It is the only plastic product that can be put into a microwave oven. It has good mechanical properties and heat resistance, and is suitable for various food packaging, including cooking and packing soup, but it may not be possible to prevent the soup from spilling 100% when packing it.
Aluminum foil sealing film: This is a film made of pure aluminum, which has the characteristics of strong air barrier performance, waterproof, moisture-proof and high temperature resistance (up to 260℃). The aluminum foil sealing film adopts hot pressing technology, has strong sealing, and is suitable for high-temperature, high-oil, and soupy meals. It is the "golden partner" of aluminum foil lunch boxes.
OPS heat shrink film: OPS (oriented polystyrene) heat shrink film has the characteristics of high transparency, high hardness, and is not easy to deform and break. It is not suitable for high-temperature meals, but it is a good choice for room temperature or low temperature foods.
Each type of aluminum foil cover has its unique advantages and applicable scenarios, and users can choose the appropriate cover according to their specific needs.
